How does the microbubble technology actually work?

Essentially, the micro-bubbles injected by the nozzle create a huge level of turbulence down the milk line, bouncing off the stainless steel pipe. As the bubble collapses it forms a hydroxyl radical, proven to play a key part in the destruction of organic compounds, while also creating heat at a critical point of their collapse, lifting off the protein and fat compounds on the stainless steel's surface.
